I focus on chronic and acute pain relief, therapeutic body work.  I mix in Trigger Point Therapy, NeuroMuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue  Massage, Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, Reflexology, all according to what I find the clients needs are or what you request.

Craniosacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety. Also 25 years experience, CST 1, CST2, SER 1, VM 1.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Dr. Vodder method of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a unique method developed in France in the 1930s.  It is used by estheticians, and massage therapists, to enhance fluid movement in the skin. It also has a very powerful relaxing and calming effect on the nervous system. The gentle, rhythmic, pumping, massage movements follow the direction of lymph flow and produce rapid results. This is a gentle, non-invasive manual technique that has a powerful effect on the body.  Research in Australia, Europe and North America has proven its efficacy as a stand-alone treatment and in combination with other therapies. I can work on post surgery clients, to help relieve pain and help to facilitate healing.  This work also benefits clients who have chronic fatigue, chronic or acute health issues, and chronic pain.

TMJ dysfunction massage

I incorporate myofascial release and craniosacral work to treat TMJ dysfunction.

Fascia restriction and dysfunction can cause chronic pain and affect the appearance of your tissue, which causes what we call "cellulite", but cellulite is a myth! It's all due to your fascia. fascia blasting  sessions are shorter and should be done more often. Google Ashley Black to learn more about Fascia blasting.
